CCTV footage: Stored for a maximum of 31 days, unless required for a verified request or investigation

DSAR records and emails: Retained for up to 12 months from the date of closure

Website logs: No personal data is stored without consent

5. Who Has Access

Access is strictly limited to authorised staff and Hosts within the UK Safety Camera Network Project. Footage is never shared or sold. We may share data with law enforcement if legally required or to protect life.

All access to footage or personal data is logged and auditable.

Request correction of incorrect data

Request deletion of your data (in limited cases)
